In this episode of Magical Mornings, we featured Nishtha Sharma. She is the winner of Voice India Kids 2016 version. Also she is the brand ambassador of Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao. She has also sung the Indian Anthem in front of the honorable PM Narendra Modi.

Q. You have achieved great success at a very young age. So can you tell us how your journey started and who helped you at an early age like this?
Nishtha: It will not be wrong if I say that I started learning music from my mother’s mother. As a musically inclined family, my parents and my big brother started grooming me since very early age. And all the credits of me being a singer goes to them. There teaching and lessons are the reason. They evolved me every day.
Q. You have been on famous singing programs and attracted positive attentions. So can you share anyone of your favorite highlights?
Nishtha: In 2016, I participated in the International Singing reality show, The Voice India Kids, which was telecasted on Zee TV and TV channels. With the grace of God and blessing of my parents and the immense love from my well wishers and my fans, I won the show at the age of 10. Honestly, the entire journey on the show was my dearest reminiscence. One golden moment I will share. After my first performance on the show, our respected judge Shekhar Ravjiani sir made me sit on his judge’s seat and applauded me by saying that you are going to be the judge of the show in the future. So I really feel so blessed to have received such a big compliment from the gem of our country. I was very grateful.
Q. How do you manage your school life with your work life? Can you describe how you maintain you success despite your demanding work from both education and career aspects?
Nishtha: Its quiet tough for sure. But I am fortunate to have the best parents who guide me on every single step in my life. I know the value of how much importance it is in shaping one’s life. So it’s pretty easy for me to balance it. Both are my favorite things and I really enjoy doing it.
Q. Can you describe your first experience while recording a song? How did you feel and what did you gain from it any experience as such?
Nishtha: I remember that my first recording experience was with my parents which were kind of basic. I was put into recording studio for the preview of how I am doing. I think that place I felt I could take it further as the aspiration of my life. But my first professional recording, I experienced was when I have won The Voice and got a contract from universal Music company. Then my first original single Udd Chala released. I was really overjoyed to work with immensely talented and proficient people. From then the journey is on and I am learning from each and every phase now.
Q. Do you have any songs or projects in the near future for us?
Nishtha: Yes, I have been planning so many new stuffs for all my listeners and trying to explore. It’s a time taking process but its worth to wait for sure. Being quiet a busy with my studies schedules and all too, but super amazing surprise are on its way.
Q. Who continuously used to inspire you in your singing career and where would you like to see yourself in the future?
Nishtha: My father is my inspiration. I look up to him for everything. Music studies, life. I know how he has made up to this in his life from breaking all these stereotype to proving himself. He is the reason for everything we are and we have. I just try to be 10% as determined and passionate as him. And in future I want to see myself pursuing what I love the most alongside my family, making them live the best life with happy, proud and blessed moments.
Q. So do you have any artist in mind that you would love to collaborate with, if so, what kind of music would you like to make with them and why?
Nishtha: I do have numerous names in mind. In bollywood field, I would love to collaborate with A. R.Rahman sir and Pritam Da, massively talented and everybody’s favorite music director of all time. It would be a great learning experience for me. And in International Hollywood artist, I think Charlie Putt, Harry Styles and Justin Bieber are the geniuses I would like to collaborate with. There music is literally out of the world. It would be amazing to work with them.
Q. If not for singing, what else would you like to proceed with in your life?
Nishtha: Well, as I said I am a studious girl, I think I would definitely proceed with something in study line. Maybe to become a CEO of any company or something, just because I think I have somewhat bossy kind of nature. I like to take up the responsibilities and to come out with something unique.
Q. Did you expect to hit 100k subscriber on YouTube and can you describe how you felt when you did that?
Nishtha: I am super grateful for that. The way I have been poured with all the love and blessing of my dearest well wishers. Frankly bringing to word about how lucky I feel, after being busy in reality shows shoots, study schedules, live shows, I somehow try to be active. But in such a short span of time, this much love gives me more motivation. The fact that I get to know that I being successful and making people happy and spreading positivity through my best way is the best feeling in the world.
Q. What would you like your fans to remember you like?
Nishtha: I think I want myself to be remembered internationally as a pride of India, Shagun Queen, trying to be spectrum achiever and to be able to inspire everyone around me.
Q. If you could step into my shoes for a moment, what would you lole to ask yourself that I haven’t yet?
Nishtha: According to me you unfolded every flange; accept asking me the incredible work you all are doing. I really want to appreciate the way your team is spreading positivity and influencing people is extremely remarkable. Thanks for making me a part of this.
